Fennimore Middle is a 6–8 school serving 186 students in Fennimore, a small community in southwestern Wisconsin, and it is part of the Fennimore Community School District. The school ranks 174th of 643 Wisconsin middle schools in 2025–26 — 73rd percentile, 4 stars — a strong recovery from 2022–23, when it sat at the 45th percentile with 2 stars. It is mid-sized for its area: bigger than Riverdale Junior High, River Ridge Middle, Wauzeka Middle and Highland Community Middle, but smaller than Platteville Middle and Lancaster Middle.

Test scores are above the state average in every subject and grade reported on the 2025–26 Forward Exam.
