Edgewood Elementary School is a K–5 school in Vancouver, Washington, serving approximately 538 students in a neighborhood with relatively high economic need as part of the Vancouver School District. Edgewood’s latest statewide ranking was 952nd out of 1,138 Washington elementary schools, placing it in the 16th percentile with a one-star rating. That is an improvement from the 6th percentile the previous year, although the school remains below state and district averages.

Edgewood’s 2025–26 proficiency rates were 31.42% in English language arts, 26.87% in math, and 34.25% in science. Its ELA result was almost identical to the average among ten nearby schools, while math and science were somewhat lower. Fourth-grade ELA was a relative bright spot at 36.47%, nearly matching the district rate; math was weaker across every tested grade, with fifth grade lowest at 23.29%.
