Attendance is the largest difference between the schools: chronic absenteeism was 26.1% at Mapleton Junior High versus 31.6% at Maple Grove, compared with 23.8% statewide. Overall, Maple Grove offers broader current academic strength, while Mapleton Junior High shows notable momentum.
