Open Quote Yes, there are problems with this school. But, the teachers in the upper level classes are dedicated to teaching, and love their students. I went through every grade at Cedar Hill schools, and I am on Academic Scholarship to Baylor University. The diversity of the school has made me a better person, open to all people and I feel more ready for life than many other students that went to a school with the majority of students who are white because I can interact better with people of different cultures. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
