Fairview Elementary School is a PK-8 school in Huntsville, Tennessee, serving 260 students within Scott County Schools, a district ranked in the bottom third of Tennessee. Despite that, Fairview has become a true standout, earning a 4-star rating and ranking in the 73rd percentile statewide (276th out of 1,019 schools) in 2025-2026 — its third consecutive year of 4-star status after climbing from a 1-star ranking in 2017-2018.

Fairview outperforms both its district and the state in math, English language arts, and science.
