Open Quote This school provides a solid education with great opportunities for kids. The staff is caring and involved, and the small class sizes ensure that no one slips through the cracks. Great sports, music, and academic teams as well. In addition, they have one to one technology (iPads) which is quite progressive for a small, rural district. Close Quote

Open Quote My children's experience at Saegertown has been excellent. The school offers several AP classes, and the teachers work hard to provide rigorous instruction for all students. It's a progressive school with 1:1 technology, and although it is small (graduating around 80 students per year), the staff works hard to provide many opportunities for the kids. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
