Crestview Middle School is a small school of 195 students in grades 6–8 — roughly 65 per grade — serving the Convoy area of Van Wert County in northwest Ohio, and it is the only middle school in Crestview Local.

In 2025-2026 the school ranked 248th of 1,046 middle schools statewide — 76th percentile, 4 stars — its lowest percentile in a decade of continuous 4-star ratings. Students beat state averages in seven of eight tested areas, often by double digits, and 6th graders posted the highest math (79.2%) and ELA (84.7%) proficiency of any nearby school. Algebra I reached 100% for a fourth straight year, though that reflects a small accelerated group rather than all 8th graders.
