Triad Elementary School is a small PK–4 school in North Lewisburg, Ohio, in the Champaign County area, serving 354 students as part of the Triad Local district, which sits in the middle of Ohio's districts statewide. About 44 percent of its students were economically disadvantaged in 2024–25, a higher share than at most of the nearby schools it is compared with, including the five Marysville schools and Fairbanks Elementary.

For five years, from 2020–21 through 2024–25, Triad performed well above its earlier history, holding a 4-star, 72nd–77th percentile profile. In 2025–26 that run broke: the school fell to the 57th percentile and 3 stars, a roughly 20-point drop.
