Foothill High School is a large comprehensive public high school in Henderson, Nevada, serving grades 9–12 as part of Clark County schools, with about 2,406 students — one of the biggest high schools in its area, nearly the same size as Green Valley High School (2,436) and Basic Academy of Int'l Studies High School (2,395), and far larger than Boulder City High School (616).

Statewide, Foothill ranks 38th of 105 high schools (64th percentile, 3 stars) for 2025–26, placing it above the middle of Nevada high schools.
