Boulder City High School is a 9–12 public high school in Boulder City, Nevada — a small town southeast of Las Vegas — serving 616 students as part of the Clark County School District, which makes it much smaller than the big Las Vegas and Henderson comprehensive high schools nearby. In 2025–2026, it ranked 32nd of 105 Nevada high schools, placing it in the 70th percentile with 4 stars. That's a stable spot: the school has sat in the low 70s percentile for the past four years, recovering from a pandemic-era dip to 47th percentile and 2 stars in 2020–2021.

Its standout academic signals are English and science. On the 2025–2026 ACT, 65.6% of students were proficient in English versus 51.2% district-wide and 50.8% statewide, and 41.1% were proficient on the End of Course Science exam compared with 27% in the district and 26.5% in the state — also above Green Valley High School (30.8%) and Foothill High School (36.1%).
