Farmington Woods Elementary is a pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade school in Cary, NC, serving 648 students as part of the Wake County Schools system. The school consistently ranks among North Carolina's better elementary schools: it placed in the 85th percentile statewide in 2025–26, and it has not fallen below the 79th percentile since 2015–16. On the most recent End-of-Grade tests, it outperformed both the Wake County and state averages in every tested grade and subject, with especially strong reading results.

Among nearby schools, Farmington Woods Elementary is one of the strongest performers. Only Laurel Park Elementary ranks higher, and Cary Elementary is essentially tied with it.
