Princeville Elementary is a small Pre-K through 5th grade school in Tarboro, NC, serving 205 students within the Edgecombe County Public Schools district. The school serves a very high-poverty population, with about 97% of students eligible for free or reduced-price lunch, and it currently carries a 1-star rating with a statewide ranking near the 11th percentile — a meaningful improvement from the 0th and 1st percentile rankings it posted in 2015-16 and 2016-17.
