Parkview Center School is a public PK–8 school in Roseville, MN, serving 718 students on County Road B W in the Roseville Public School District, near Falcon Heights and St. Paul. It is the largest school in this nearby comparison group and the only one that serves both elementary and middle grades. In 2025–2026, it ranked 255 of 869 Minnesota schools—71st percentile, 4 stars—up from 65th percentile two years earlier but still below its pre-2021 levels in the low 80s.

The school’s core academic results are a strength: 50.6% of students met the standard in math, 57.8% in reading, and 29.4% in science, beating both the Roseville Public School District and state averages in all three subjects. Reading is its largest advantage. The school also serves a moderately higher-poverty population (34.4% free/reduced lunch) than some peers yet outperforms several nearby schools with similar or higher poverty, including Brimhall Elementary, Central Park Elementary, and Harambee Elementary School. Both of my children have gone to Parkview Center School since they were babies. They have ECFE in the school, the kids were comfortable with the school, staff, buses. Having been there for so long, they are in 1st and 3rd grade, we have had to move out of the district, but are taking them everyday. Outstanding school, I know they are safe there. I was present during a emergency drill and was impressed with how well they handled everything. I am a Proud PV Parent!! Close Quote
