Northeast Metro Regional Vocational is a public regional vocational-technical high school in Wakefield, Massachusetts, serving grades 9–12 with 1,381 students as part of the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational Technical district. It is the third-largest school in the nearby comparison group, behind Malden High (1,890) and Classical High (1,795), and larger than Peabody Veterans Memorial High (1,333) and the smaller suburban schools such as Reading Memorial High, Melrose High, Wakefield Memorial High, Saugus High, Stoneham High, and Lynnfield High.

Completion is the school's clearest strength. The graduation rate has been 97.3%–98.4% over the last five reported years, reaching 98.4% in 2024–2025, and the dropout rate was 1.2% in 2024–2025. That is far better than Malden High (9.2%), Peabody Veterans Memorial High (4.1%), Stoneham High (4.8%), and Wakefield Memorial High (2.3%), and close to Reading Memorial High (0.4%) and Melrose High (0.4%).
