Mount Sterling Elementary School serves prekindergarten through grade 5 and enrolls 464 students in Mount Sterling, in Montgomery County, Kentucky. Its results are uneven: the school stands out in fourth-grade science, while math and fifth-grade editing and mechanics are its clearest academic concerns.

Fourth-grade science is the strongest result: 49% of students were proficient, compared with 40% in the Montgomery County district and statewide, and about 38% across nearby schools.
