Uniontown High School serves 178 students in grades 7–12 in Uniontown, Kansas. Its latest graduation rate was 93%, and chronic absenteeism has fallen from 31% in 2022–2023 to 17% in 2025–2026. The clearest academic concern is science: 24% of students were proficient, below the state, district and nearby-school average.

ELA and math are the school’s strongest subjects compared with nearby schools, though both remain below state and district results. The student–teacher ratio was 10, between Fort Scott’s 14 and Marmaton Valley’s 9; the free/reduced-lunch rate was 58%, also between those schools’ rates.
