Lebanon Middle School is a public middle school serving grades 6–8 in Lebanon, Indiana, enrolling 849 students as part of Lebanon Community School Corp. The school ranked 234th of 486 Indiana middle schools in 2025–2026 (52nd percentile, 3 stars). That is a step down from its own recent past: it reached the 72nd percentile with 4 stars in 2021–2022 and the 76th percentile with 4 stars in 2017–2018, and has since settled around the 51st–66th percentile.

Academically, the clearest weakness is English language arts. All-grade ELA proficiency was 31.84%, below the district and below the state at every tested grade: 6th grade 31.21% vs 41.3%, 7th grade 30.4% vs 41.7%, and 8th grade 33.79% vs 44%. Math (34.91%) was near the state mark in 6th and 7th grade (39.36% vs 40.2% and 35.16% vs 35.9%) but below it in 8th grade (30.38% vs 34.2%), while science (41.13%) was essentially at the state level in 6th grade.
