Kolling Elementary School is a PK–4 school serving 529 students on Wicker Avenue in Saint John, Indiana, one of six PK–4 elementaries in the Lake Central School Corporation and located in a comparatively affluent corner of Lake County, where just 14.93% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Academically, math is Kolling's signature: 70.68% of students were proficient in math in 2025‑26, about 14 points above its own district average and roughly 19 points above the state, with both 3rd and 4th grade well ahead of statewide figures.
