Rome City Elementary School is a PK–5 school serving 183 students in the small northeastern Indiana town of Rome City, and it is the smallest of the five elementary schools in the East Noble School Corporation. It sits in the bottom third of Indiana elementary schools — ranked 714 of 1,015 with 1 star in 2025-26 — below its own district, which ranks 43rd percentile.

The school's clearest strengths are operational.
