Warsaw Community Schools serves roughly 6,709 students across 11 schools in and around Warsaw, Indiana — eight elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. The high school alone enrolls 2,077 students, about 31% of the district total. The district ranks 118th of 374 Indiana districts, in the 68th percentile, with a 3-star rating — but individual school ratings range from 1 star to 4 stars, so the district-wide number hides a lot of variation.

Eisenhower Elementary School is the strongest academic performer: 4 stars, 87th percentile, with ELA, math, and science all above 60% and every reported grade-level result beating state benchmarks. Madison Elementary School is close behind at 4 stars and 79th percentile, with the district's best 5th-grade social studies score at 68.92%. Edgewood Middle School earns 4 stars and outperforms Lakeview Middle School in math and overall rank. Warsaw Community High School improved from the 56th to the 71st percentile and posts a 96.2% graduation rate, above the state's 89.7%. Leesburg Elementary School moved from 2 stars to 3 stars.

At the other end, Claypool Elementary School is 1 star and last in every core subject, with the district's highest free/reduced lunch rate (75.49%) and highest per-student spending ($12,576). Jefferson Elementary School is also below district averages in core subjects, though its 5th-grade social studies result (54.69%) beats the state. Notably, spending does not track with outcomes: Washington Elementary School spends the least ($9,662) yet performs near district averages. Chronic absenteeism is low in elementary schools (5.1%–8.6%) but rises to 12.6% at both middle schools and 15.6% at the high school — still below the state's 16.7%.
