The New Albany-Floyd County Con School district in southern Indiana serves students across 14 schools — nine elementary, three middle, and two high schools — and ranks 102 of 374 districts statewide, placing it in the 73rd percentile with 4 stars. Test scores are reported as percent proficient, with elementary and middle schools using ILEARN and high schools using SAT and ILEARN Biology End-of-Course. That healthy district average, however, hides wide variation: individual schools range from the 98th percentile down to the 29th.

At the top, Greenville Elementary School is the district's standout (98th percentile, 5 stars), combining the highest all-grade math proficiency at 87.77% with low chronic absenteeism (5.4%) and low free/reduced lunch (15.82%). Floyds Knobs Elementary School is similarly elite at the 95th percentile with 5.3% absenteeism. Floyd Central High School is a top state performer (97th percentile, 99.7% graduation, 8.5% absenteeism), and Highland Hills Middle School is the strongest middle school (95th percentile). Georgetown Elementary School and Grant Line Elementary School are also solid, though Georgetown has slipped from the 93rd percentile in 2023-24.
