That puts it well ahead of nearby comprehensive high schools, including Pocatello High School (45th), Highland High School (69th), and Marsh Valley High School (72nd).

Academically, Century is a standout in English Language Arts and science. On the 2025–2026 end-of-course exams, 74.4% of students were proficient in ELA and 58.3% in science, compared to state averages of 61.3% and 41.2%, respectively. The school's graduation rate has also been strong, reaching 91.8% in 2023–2024 versus the state average of 82.3%.
