Open Quote Waiahole elementary has a strong staff. Students in the upper elementary grades 5 and 6 has excellent teacher and support staff. There interactive math notebooks help the students achieve success. Their language arts is at top notch . The rigor is high and the teacher pushes them to their ability . Their scaffolding and differentiating is well done .My child has learned so much and is now a student of iolani as a tenth grader. I would recommend sending you child their for these grades 2-6 . 6th grade especially if you want to prepare them for middle school. Not sure about administration , but teaching wise EXCELLENT!
