Nine elementary schools serve ZIP code 93060, with enrollments from 53 to 675; most serve K–6, while Olivelands Elementary serves K–4 and Mupu Elementary serves K–8. The schools’ average 2025–26 results were 43% proficient in ELA, 37% in math and 23% in science, compared with state results of 49%, 38% and 36%. Results vary considerably by school: only two schools exceeded the state in ELA, three in math and one in science.

Average ELA and math results improved from 2024–25 to 2025–26, while science slipped: ELA rose 3 points and math 4, narrowing their gaps with the state from 9 to 6 points and from 4 to 1 point; science fell by 1 point as the state improved, widening the gap from 9 to 13 points.
