Woodrow Elementary is a K–5 school with 416 students in Modesto, in the Sylvan Union Elementary district, near several other elementary schools. Its 2025–2026 proficiency rates were 25% in English language arts (ELA), 17% in math and 11% in science—below both district and state rates in every subject.
