Summary

Hoover Elementary is a K–8 school in Stockton Unified, serving 654 students in Stockton, California. Its 2025–2026 proficiency rates were 24% in English language arts (ELA), 17% in math, and 17% in science. Those results are below both the state and district in all three subjects, and Hoover is second-lowest among itself and ten nearby schools in ELA and math.
