Delta Charter is a small high school serving 113 students in grades 9–12 in Aptos, in the Santa Cruz area. Its clearest academic pattern is a sharp split by subject: ELA is a relative strength, while math and science proficiency are substantially lower than state and district results.

In 2025–26, 62% of students were proficient in ELA, 13 percentage points above the state and 2 points above Santa Cruz City High; Delta ranked third among nine nearby schools with reported results.
