Open Quote We hate this school, why? Because of the incompetent staff. They can't handle kids apparently. My son has been traumatized since the first week of school here cause they keep calling the police on him. Yes, a 6 year old boy. They have no problems singling him out and suspending him for any and everything. And we're not the only ones who have had their kid suspended countless times, cause we have been in the office and seen others being sent home too. The principal always resorts to the most dramatic way to handle any situation, I hope she gets fired soon after we're done reporting her for these incidents. Close Quote

Open Quote The dual language (Spanish-English) program at Juarez is excellent. I was hesitant to enroll my child based on the school's rating on various websites, but after taking a tour of the school and taking with the principal, I decided to enroll my child. I am very happy with my choice now that my first grader, after a only a few months, is reading and writing in Spanish! The teachers are exceptional and the student/teacher ratio is small. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
