Fletcher Elementary serves kindergarten through fifth grade in San Diego, within San Diego Unified; its reported enrollment is zero, so the actual number of students is unavailable. The latest results show a sharp split: math proficiency is nearly equal to the state rate, but English language arts (ELA) is much lower. The biggest concern is ELA: 23% of students met the standard, compared with 49% statewide and a 46% average at nearby schools.

Math is the school’s strongest subject compared with the state, but results are mixed across grades and remain below nearby schools overall. In 2025–2026, 38.3% of Fletcher students met the math standard, nearly matching the state’s 38.4%, but below the nearby-school average of 46%. Fifth-grade math stood out positively at 56%, above the district’s 46% and the state’s 37%; third-grade math was 30%, the lowest among eight same-district schools with grade-level results.
