Open Quote The principal is lacking and more interested in passing the STAR test then actually educating. She prioritizes Spanish Speaking students prior to the children as a whole. She doesn't stand for what she advocates. She portrays herself as a healthy impact on this school. In reality she placates the teachers, the parents and the children telling each and all what they want to hear. She does not follow through with her own rules and regulations. She is lucky to still have her position. I wish the district would look more closely at what she does. The school might have a large hispanic population but there is a large amount of people there that do not speak spanish. It is insulting and politically incorrect for everything to be in spanish with the shortened courtesy version in english. This goes for both her, her employees, her teachers, and her students. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
