Summary

Twin Lakes Elementary is a public school in El Monte serving grades 3–8, with 502 students. In 2025–2026, 27% of students were proficient in English language arts, 15% in math and 18% in science. These results were below state rates in all three subjects. The clearest concern is that Twin Lakes had the lowest all-grade proficiency rates in ELA, math and science among the 10 nearby schools with comparable reported results.
