Mission San Jose High serves grades 9–12 and enrolls 1,794 students in Fremont, California. Its latest results show a strong school with one important distinction: it leads nearby comprehensive high schools in math and science, while placing second in English Language Arts (ELA).

In 2025–26, 85% of students were proficient in ELA, 83% in math and 78% in science.
