Summary

Bellevue Elementary is a 382-student K–6 school in Santa Rosa, California, in the Bellevue Union district. Its overall 2025–26 proficiency rates were higher than the district’s in English language arts (ELA) and math, but lower than California’s in ELA, math, and science. The clearest bright spot is sixth-grade math: 40% of students were proficient, above the state’s 37% and the district’s 18%.

Compared with nearby K–6 schools, Bellevue’s overall ELA result was near the peer average, while math was almost exactly level: 28% in ELA versus a 31% nearby average, and 25.6% in math versus 25.7%.
