Twin Hills Union Elementary includes four schools: two elementary schools, one middle school, and one alternative school serving kindergarten through grade 12; enrollment ranges from 207 to 305 students. Although the schools serve different grade spans, their 2025–2026 all-grades results are consistently above the state: the group averages are 63% in ELA, 51% in math, and 49% in science, compared with 49%, 38%, and 36% statewide. The clearest overall finding is that every school exceeds the state in all three subjects, while different schools lead in different subjects.

Orchard View leads ELA at 71%, 13 percentage points above Twin Hills Charter Middle, the lowest in that subject at 58%. Twin Hills Charter Middle leads math at 55%, 9 points above the lowest result, Sunridge Charter at 46%. Sunridge leads science at 56%, 14 points above Orchard View at 42%. Grade-level results add important contrasts: Apple Blossom’s grade 3 ELA result is 76%, compared with Sunridge’s 34%, and its grade 3 math is 58% versus 31%. All-grades figures cover different grade spans, so grade-specific comparisons are more directly comparable where schools share a grade.

Group averages rose by about 3 percentage points in each subject between the two supplied test years, but individual schools’ results did not all move in the same direction: Apple Blossom’s ELA rose 13 points, Twin Hills Charter Middle’s fell 9, and Sunridge’s science rose 19. SchoolDigger’s 2025–2026 rankings place Twin Hills Charter Middle at the 81st percentile, Apple Blossom at the 74th, and Sunridge at the 67th; SchoolDigger gives the first two four stars and Sunridge three. Orchard View also stands out for attendance: chronic absenteeism is 7%, the lowest in the group, versus 11% districtwide and 18% statewide; its graduation rate is 97%, equal to the district rate. In 2024–2025, the reported low-income measure, free/reduced lunch eligible, ranged from 21% at Twin Hills Charter Middle to 32% at Sunridge; student-teacher ratios ranged from 16.3 at Orchard View to 25.6 at Sunridge. These measures provide context, not an explanation for school results.
