Frontier Elementary School is a Peoria, Arizona, school serving 846 students in prekindergarten through grade 8 in Peoria Unified School District. In 2025–26, 57% of students were proficient in English language arts (ELA) and 45% in math. Both results were above state and district rates, but the clearest concern is math: Frontier had the lowest math result among five nearby schools serving the same broad grade span.

ELA is Frontier’s stronger subject compared with similar nearby schools: its 57% result was just 0.8 points above their 56.2% average. It was also 16 points above the state rate of 41% and 13 points above the district rate of 44%. Math shows a different picture.
