Westfield Area Middle is a grades 6–8 school with 232 students in Westfield, a rural community in central Wisconsin, and it is part of the Westfield School District. It ranked 426th of 643 Wisconsin middle schools (34th percentile, 2 stars) in 2025–26, while its district placed 327th of 432 (24th percentile, 1 star). The school has spent the last decade bouncing between roughly the 33rd and 52nd percentile, and its strongest recent year — 52nd percentile and 3 stars in 2023–24 — has not held.

Results differ sharply by grade. In 2025–26, 8th graders met or beat the state in English language arts (56.14 vs. 54.38) and science (52.63 vs. 51.86), and came close in math. Sixth grade is the weak spot, with both ELA and math about 15 points below the state.
