Westfield School District is a small rural Wisconsin district serving 1,064 students across five schools — three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school — with no alternative school. The district as a whole ranks 327 of 432 in Wisconsin, in the 24th percentile with 1 star, but that single district rating hides very different school-level stories. Enrollment is 503 in the elementaries, 232 in the middle school, and 329 in the high school.

Westfield Area High is the clear standout, earning 3 stars in each of the last three years and ranking in the 65th percentile in 2025-2026. Its Social Studies proficiency was 58.75% versus the state's 48.25%, and Science was 47.27% versus 43.2%, though chronic absenteeism was 20.1% and the 91.8% graduation rate sits just below the state's 92.0%.
