Open Quote If your child has special needs, be prepared for a full-on inspection of your personal life. They badger your children about what's "wrong" until your child states that they wants to go home and misses you, then turn around and use that to inspect further. If you have one time where your child has had lice, be prepared for a checkout weekly, but also note: Those without a record do not get checked. Their jackets and backpacks are stored in cubbies, so in realization, if your child's "neighbor" has lice and doesn't know about it, you'll end up in a constant battle on how it's your child who has the recurring issue. They send your child home, but without their own backpack and winter belongings (but with either lost and found clothing, or clothing that's used for situations like such). They wash your child's belongings, however, they will also claim it's your child's location/home(s) that are the source, instead of considering that if they have time to check every child with recurring issues, they have no need to check those that do not have it. Children who act out often end up with parents who are targeted for their skills, instead of them worrying about their own jobs.... Not a decent school for your child, if you literally try your best to be a single parent, with hardly any recognition that life is the way it is, whether you, or your child's teacher(s) like it or not. About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
