Open Quote As a neighbor and community member, I, my family, and friends have had a favorable opinion of North Wall Schools. Unfortunately, a staff member and her co-worker, have been incredibly unprofessional and have shown a disregard for community members.

While alone in a late night storm, my vehicle had become stuck in the snow. Therefore, I had to park it in the North Wall Schools parking lot. After walking home, I left a message with this business containing the circumstances leading to my decision, plan to resolve the situation, and contact information.

A staff member, called me in response to this message. In doing so she continued to speak very negatively about me to her co-workers without noticing that I was on the phone and had heard everything. When I finally spoke up, she did not apologize for her poor professionalism and lack of concern for community members. She simply stated that the police were called prior to receiving my message and that the vehicle needed to be moved. Ultimately, as promised in the voice message left that prior evening, I walked down and moved my car from the parking lot.

Although, completely in Wall Street Schools' right to demand the vehicle be removed form its parking lot, it is not professionally or socially appropriate to talk ill of a fellow community member in a workplace. This is especially true for one that is dedicated to the proper development of children.

As mentioned above, I, my family, and friends have had a favorable opinion of North Wall Schools. We hope to continue to see things that way. It is my recommendation this staff member and related co-worker have the opportunity to discuss appropriate public relations. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
