Open Quote 2012/2013 school year, my son came in as a new student 1st grader. His teacher is a 29 year veteran. I was extremely impressed with the quality of her teaching. I spent some time in her classroom volunteering every Friday and was able to witness first hand what a quality education my son was receiving. Her teaching technique, manner in which she handled her kids, and consistent way in which she kept all of the kids involved were outstanding. My son came home happy, with a positive attitude towards school every day.

In any case, the PTA has a very involved, approachable, enthusiastic and positive group of advocates for the kids and the school itself. The principal and office staff are incredibly well organized, professional and friendly as well.

I had no idea what a high caliber school MCE was when I moved into the area last summer. I'm now learning that there are families all over the area trying to get a variance to get their kids enrolled in the school. I feel very fortunate to have my kids in such a quality education system. About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
