East Valley High School is a public, four-year school for grades 9–12 in Spokane Valley, Washington, serving 912 students in a suburban community through the East Valley School District (Spokane). The school has a mixed profile: graduation and dropout outcomes have improved significantly, while academic proficiency remains uneven. For 2025–26, it ranked 257th of 396 Washington high schools, placing it in the 35th percentile with a two-star rating.

English language arts is East Valley’s strongest tested subject, with 50% of students proficient—above the district’s 43.66% but below the state’s 52.81%. However, ELA performance fell from 60.45% the previous year. Math is the clearest academic challenge: 30.43% of students were proficient, compared with 37.05% districtwide and 43.11% statewide.
