Cooke Elementary is the clear elementary standout, ranked #433 of 1,111 (61st percentile, 3 stars) despite a 76.58% free/reduced lunch rate. It beats the state in 3rd and 4th grade math and 5th grade reading, and its VA Studies proficiency jumped 16 points to 80.82%.
