Our son has attended FUMA for the past 4 years, and we have nothing but a grade of excellence for this school. The staff is committed to the mission of educating, class sizes are small and personal, the campus buildings are continually upgraded and maintained. The school campus itself alone is a beautiful, serene place. Its in a wonderful setting!
Our son is getting ready to graduate and he says it was the best decision we collectively made in sending him to FUMA. He has made life long friends, that I believe he would have never made had he gone to another school.
I could go on and on about the various points about this school here are a few, the one subject plan. Cadets study ONE subject for 7-8 weeks then test out on that subject, then move onto another class. Sounds strange BUT the level of understanding of only studying one subject is incredible. They leave that course KNOWING the subject and mastering it, verses taking several courses at once.
Mandatory study every night, they learn to reserve time every night to studying. NO cell phones allowed on campus = no distractions and a steady focus to learning.
Excellent , excellent school. Please don't equate a Military boarding school with a reform school. This is a school that empowers young men to achieve and excel to their personal best.
