As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote I feel the kids learn more from memorizing than actual instruction. If my child recieves a low grade on a test then she has to write each question wrond 3 times each with the correct answer. This doesn't mean she understands why she got the question wrong but she knows the answer for next time. Every single child is treated exactly the same...they are taught the same way as the next child regardless of how the student lerns and processes things. The teachers love love love to give out silent luch and recess detention for any and all reasons (even though technically by law the kids are to have recess). The students are punished for academic issues the same way a child is punished for behavioral issues. For example if a child is talking out of place after a warning the child may recieve silent lunch...if a child forgets to turn in or doesn't complete a homework assignment they recieve silent lunch. ALSO, P.E. solely consist of running and jump roping. The kids wear perdomiters and are to get x amount of steps in 15 minutes for a passing grade then they have a piece of paper that has many jump rope skills on it and the child has to complete a jump rope skill (20 jumps in a row) to get a stamp and complete 10 skills for a passing grade in PE.
I'm really disappointed in this school, My child is now in 5th grade and has struggled since 1st grade and it's the same thing every year and no matter how many parent/teacher/principal meeting I have up there it doesn't get any better.Today my child is serving ISS for having 10 silent lunches over homework. I was not told by a teacher that she was going to have silent lunch but instead my child came home crying telling me.
Parent/Teacher conferances doesn't work because if you schedule a meeting with the one teacher your child may be struggling with you have to have a meeting with ALL teachers even if the problem is only with the one class. They come in as a team which leaves you feeling ganged up on with no where to go and nothing gets solved except they are right and you and your child are not and there's nothing you can do about it.
If a child gets a D on a science test they have to stand on the wall and watch everyone play at recess .... what does that accomplish? If a child struggles there is no help for them Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
