Bloomington Hills School is a public elementary school in St. George, Utah, serving prekindergarten through fifth grade and 448 students in a residential area near Brigham Road. Part of Washington District, the school ranks in the 63rd percentile statewide for 2025–26, placing it among Utah’s solid, improving schools. Its ranking rose from the 49th percentile in 2023–24, although it remains below its stronger performance earlier in the decade.

Recent test results are generally encouraging: Bloomington Hills School exceeded the Utah average in all eight reported subject-and-grade areas. Science is its clearest strength, with 62.1% of fourth graders and 55.8% of fifth graders proficient. Grade 3 ELA was also strong at 60.8%. The main academic concerns are fourth-grade ELA, at 43.9%, and math results that, while above state averages, trail the area’s strongest schools.
