Open Quote Teacher retention at SOM is abysmal. Many new teachers seem to be driven out by the administration. A district HR manager said they have a reputation for managing by fear and bullying, but there nothing that parents can do. SOM reading and test scores have declinbed in 2012. Last year 18 teachers left and our childeren pay the price. Close Quote
