Summary

A. Z. Kelley Elementary is a public elementary school in Antioch, Tennessee, serving 683 students in grades PK-4 as part of the Davidson County school district. Unfortunately, the school consistently ranks in the bottom 25% of Tennessee elementary schools, with academic performance significantly below state and district averages across all grade levels and subject areas.

A. Z. Kelley Elementary struggles to effectively serve its diverse student population, ranking in the bottom 25% of Tennessee elementary schools for most student subgroups. The school also has consistently high chronic absenteeism rates, ranging from 15.6% to 27.8% over the past few years, which is significantly above the state and district averages. Open Quote I have two children here one in 1st grade and 1 in kindergarden. This is a good school the teachers are involved and help nourish the natural talent and ambition a child has. The only thing I would suggest is more parental involvement programs and better communication with parents. Overall good school experience. Close Quote
