Broadview Elementary School is a small rural PK–5 school in Winchester, TN, serving 232 students within Franklin County Schools. Despite the district ranking in the bottom quarter of Tennessee districts (109th out of 141), Broadview stands out sharply: it ranks 327th out of 1,019 elementary schools statewide, placing it in the 68th percentile with a 3-star rating. It is the highest-performing elementary school in Franklin County by a substantial margin, and one of only two standout schools in the region alongside Robert E Lee Elementary School.

Broadview's test scores tell an impressive story. In math, 54.8% of students are proficient compared to 29.2% for the district and 43.0% statewide. ELA proficiency is 48.1% (district: 30.7%, state: 40.6%), and science is 53.8% (district: 41.1%, state: 46.9%).
