Medical District High School is a small public high school in Memphis, Tennessee, serving 146 students in grades 9–12 and operating as part of the Memphis-Shelby County Schools district. Despite the district ranking in the bottom 3% of Tennessee districts, Medical District High School consistently ranks in the top half of the state — it currently sits at the 60th percentile statewide. Among nearby Memphis schools, only Crosstown High School (62nd percentile) and Middle College High School (53rd percentile) post comparable rankings; most other neighborhood high schools, including Central High School and Manassas High School, rank significantly lower.

Where the school truly shines is in specific subjects.
