Norris Elementary School is a PK-5 school in Norris, Tennessee, serving 257 students as part of Anderson County Schools. Despite being in a district that ranks in the middle of Tennessee districts overall, this school stands out as a clear academic outlier. In 2025-26, it ranked 113th out of 1,019 Tennessee elementary schools (89th percentile) and earned a 4-star rating. The year before, it was even stronger, placing in the 92nd percentile with a 5-star rating. This is not a one-year fluke; since 2020-21, Norris has ranked in the 82nd percentile or higher every year.
